"I hired David very recently to do a paint job in my apartment, upon the recommendation of another handyman from Yelp who was unavailable. The work included spackling and painting walls, painting two ceilings, as well as painting and reinstalling a handle for our very tired stove to make it match our decor more closely. David did all of this at a reasonable cost. We had also just bought a large rug for our apartment which he helped us install. He was helpful, cleaned everything before he left, and did a good job."

"When I was desperate for a repairman to fix a broken door before I moved out of my apartment, I called Elegant Design Handyman Services and was able to set up an appointment immediately. I texted Dave pictures of what I needed to be fixed so that he could let me know if his services were applicable to fixing the door and he let me know the specifics on what needed to be done and provided me with multiple options for the fixing the door. On the day of the appointment, he arrived on time, was able to fix my door in about two and a half hours, and he was friendly all along. I am really happy with how the door looks and I'm also glad my management company will not be stealing my security deposit. The only bad thing I have to say is that the service was more expensive than I would have liked. I was charged $235 for 5 hours (including travel time). Otherwise, I am happy about the outcome and happy Dave was able to help!"
